DAgrO is rooted in the land, born from a sanctuary of biodiversity: a living germplasm garden where we rescue and safeguard 32 ancestral Criollo cacao treasures. This complete disconnection from the source and the severe lack of incentives for excellence has left the world's shelves flooded with nutritionally vacant, mass-consumed food products—such as chocolates reduced to alkalized powder stripped of their natural benefits, or overheated honeys that lose all therapeutic properties in the name of industrialization.
